How to play Palworld in VR with UEVR

Thanks to D-Rey's Palworld VR profile and praydog's UEVR Nightly, you can now experience Palworld in VR!

Instead of playing Palworld on a traditional flat screen, VR lets you step directly into its world. You can look around freely, explore the environment at a more immersive scale, and experience battles and exploration from a first-person perspective. The mod also supports full hand and 6DOF motion controls, making interactions and movement feel even more immersive.

In this guide, we'll show you how to set up Palworld VR step by step using UEVR and D-Rey's VR profile.

Step-by-step Guide

Install UEVR

  • Extract the UEVR.zip and launch UEVRInjector.exe
  • If you see a prompt asking you to install .NET, click Yes and follow the instructions to install the required components.

Once the installation is complete, launch UEVRInjector.exe again. You should now see the UEVR interface.

Download the Palworld VR Profile

Next, download D-Rey's Palworld VR profile from Nexus Mods (Do not extract the profile ZIP file): https://www.nexusmods.com/palworld/mods/4458

Before importing it into UEVR, you need to rename the ZIP file:
  • Steam users: Rename the zip file to Palworld-Win64-Shipping.zip
  • Gamepass users: Rename the zip file to Palworld-WinGDK-Shipping.zip

Import the profile into UEVR

Open UEVR and import the Palworld profile you just downloaded.

Launch Palworld and wait until you reach the main menu.

Once the game is running, switch back to UEVR. You should now see Palworld listed in the UEVR interface.

Select the runtime that is compatible with your VR headset. In this guide, we'll use the Pimax Dream Air SE as an example.

Once everything is ready, click Inject in UEVR.

After the injection is successful, the UEVR interface should appear inside the game.

Put on your headset. You should now see Palworld in a VR environment.

Before jumping into the game, you can adjust the VR settings according to your preferences and PC performance.

And that's it — you're now playing Palworld in VR!
