In this guide, we'll walk you through the installation process step by step.
Install SMAPI
SMAPI is required to run Stardew Valley mods. Download SMAPI 4.5.2 and extract the downloaded archive. Open the extracted folder and double-click: 'install on Windows.bat'
A Command Prompt window will appear. Type 1 and press enter to install SMAPI.
Download Stardew 3DVR and Generic Mod Config Menu 1.16.0
After downloading, extract the mod files and copy the folders into your Stardew Valley Mods folder.
Launch the Game with SMAPI
Now connect to your VR headset and launch SteamVR.
Launch Through StardewModdingAPI.exe
Open your Stardew Valley installation folder: Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\
Launch the game by double-clicking: StardewModdingAPI.exe
If the mods are installed correctly, a SMAPI Command Prompt window will open before the game launches.

Go to: Steam → Stardew Valley → Properties → Launch Options

Enter: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe" %command%
After saving, launching Stardew Valley from Steam will automatically start SMAPI and load your installed mods.

Once you're in the game, open the Mod Settings menu to view the available keyboard shortcuts.
