Dream Air & SE Facial Interface Update
If you haven't received the new facial interface yet, please rest assured that we are arranging shipments based on the order date.
For those who purchased through our retail partners, we will coordinate with them to arrange the replacement shipments. If you haven't already submitted your proof of purchase and headset serial number, please do so to help us process your replacement.
If you have already received your headset, we will arrange to ship the new facial interface to you at a later date.
Crystal Super Optical Engines
Crystal Super optical engines are back in production. From now on, we will release a new batch every month.
The first batch of Crystal Super micro-OLED optical engines is already live. We announced it by email to everyone who signed up through "Notify me" on our website, instead of posting it on social media.
Missed it, or found it sold out? Don't worry, a new batch comes every month. To hear about the next one first, click "Notify me" on the Crystal Super micro-OLED optical engine page and we'll email you when it goes live.
Extended Warranty
Instead of purchasing the extended warranty through Pimax.com, you can now purchase it directly through Pimax Play, and it will automatically be linked to your account.
IROS 2026
Pimax sponsored the IROS 2026 "Full-Shift Robot Co-Workers" workshop in Pittsburgh, linking our head-mounted sensing work to robot training data.
